We really enjoyed it. It was a cute place, had lovely and wonderful staff that was very helpful and provide great assistance and service.

Cute hotel with a nice size and well-appointed rooms and a private bathroom. Efficient, absolutely perfect location in El Calafate, not far from the center of El Calafate as well as glacier mini trek and taxi. Also, in a quiet area.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the center and the lagoon, and all the shops / restaurants. We had lunch in Cerveceria Artesanal Chopen, located nearby.

The hotel is nice little and nestled in a nice building. The property offers eggs, toast, cereal, muffins, and cheese in the morning.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering all the amenities provided. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area with easy access to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room was equipped with a kitchen, which was convenient for preparing meals. The breakfast included a variety of options, including healthy choices, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room we had could accommodate 5 comfortably. There was a small loft with two twin beds, a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and the living/kitchen area had a daybed. The kitchenette was a real bonus and there were two supermarkets within walking distance. There was a mini-refrigerator, small stove with two burners, microwave, dishes, utensils, a few pots and pans. Perfect for a family. The bathroom was small but functional. The location of the hotel was at the end of the busy Ave. de Libertador but near restaurants and shops, but not so noisy. The lake was a short walk from the hotel too. Other hotels/hostels with nice views were far from restaurants or a very dusty and long walk, so the location of this hotel was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The breakfast was simple, but well-made and perfect. The owners were extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend the hotel for families.

There was no shampoo and they give you two small soaps. We had to ask for the hair dryer from the front office.

not everything was working perfectly. one burner on the stove didn't work, little things that just wear out. The whole place is obviously lovingly cared for.

We had an awesome time in a hotel that made us feel right at home. They offered complimentary fresh eggs for breakfast and outstanding recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing spots. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants, stores, and tour companies. Plus, we loved the spacious apartment we stayed in, it felt cozy and comfortable.

To be honest, we didn't find anything to complain about during our stay. Everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations.

It`s a family apart hotel. It clean , well located, just two minutes walking to downtown of calafate. Simple and good. They have a kitchen inside the apartament, its very useful.
